Teen stressed by school presentation
I can relate to a lot of what the presenters were talking about. I sometimes do get really stressed with school and i'm sure many other students do to. But I don't think school is the main cause of stress. There is countless of things that us humans get really stressed about. For example, family problems/relationships, expectations from your parents, sports, etc. These examples are common, but they can impact your life either in a really good way or bad way, in the case since I am talking about stress, in a bad way. These things can build up and if teens don't get the help they need, they will unfortunately, take their lives. So the point I am trying to reach, is that stress isn't mainly because of school, but it is part of it. Other outside-school problems can be the reason to and all of it can build up.

I can also relate to being stressed out almost all the time but mine mainly comes from school. I am stressed out because I am trying to do well in all my classes and get good grades so that I am even eligible to apply for college. I know this is not always the case for everyone but we have to find activities that are less stressful and simply just have fun.
