Scopes Simulaton
On this simulation, I was a witness and had to be and expert on Irreducible complexity. This basically means that human life, nature cannot be explained by evolution because of how complex it is and that there has to be someone with a higher power that created it, such as God. William Paley famously argued that complexity in nature implies a God for the same reason that the existence of a watch implies the existences of a watchmaker. So it is impossible for evolution to explain nature.

Was it hard being a witness on a topic where you just got 2-3 days to research for? You did a good job on being a witness and you explained in a good way what irreducible complexity meant. So basically you're saying that irreducible complexity cannot be explained by evolution because someone with higher power created it?
ReplyDeleteI had a little pressure because of the time limit, but overall, it was success. Thank you, I tried my best and researched as much as I could about this topic. Yes, irreducible complexity cannot be explained by evolution because of how complicated nature is, someone with a higher power must have created it.
