Reviewing for the Finals

Reviewing for the finals is a good balance between studying and making sure you're keeping your brain healthy and functioning.

Studying would be:
Doing practice tests, correcting them, and doing them again.
Read over blog posts to get good summaries about what happened on certain days.
Recognizing the important things that happened during each time.

Preparing yourself in the following ways:
Get lots of sleep. Studying is useless if you don't remember information due to sleep deprivation.
Eat food. Hungry stomach would made you focus less.
Stretch and Exercise. Physical movement helps reduce stress :)

  1. All good ideas. Some other ways to study for the history final would be going over old assignments and reading the chapter. Other good ways to prepare could also be meditation or spending time with pets.

  3. I feel like eating a good breakfast would also be a good idea because the worst thing that could happen during a test is getting a crash and forgetting all of the things that you studied.
