Reflection of 1st Semester
Throughout the semester, we have learned a lot about US History and the interactions that the USA has had with other nations over the course of history. Some of the things that I enojoyed learning about the most were the conspiracy theories and World War I. The conspiracy theories were fun to learn about because some of them were just so ridiculous it was funny. I have always enjoyed learning about World War I because I like to understand the issues that caused the war and to see how the world has changed, or not changed, since the end of the war.

I think this is an excellent review on the first part of the year, always excited to learn new things in this class, I really do think that the videos obtain a substantial amount of information.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very relatable reflection on the semester. I completely agree about the conspiracy theories being a fun little unit to start of the year with. I too find WW1 a very interesting period of time in American history.
ReplyDeleteYou must be preaching to the choir girl! I too really enjoyed all the wacko conspirators because usually history is such a serious subject that is usually a very tedious class. Usually learn about old dead people then write about our thoughts on those men. And honestly I just completely zone out, but this was very refreshing
ReplyDeleteI think you spoke for many of us when you said that you enjoyed learning about WWI and how it began. It was very interesting learning about how peace treaties led to war. I think we all enjoyed learning about conspiracy theorists, and watching the documentaries about 9/11 conspiracies.
ReplyDeleteThis semester was very interesting and we learned a lot. I especially like learning about the civil war and life in the 1920s.
